Founded in 1994, Ismat Rubber is a leading manufacturer of rubber and polyurethane products, based in Sharjah, UAE. We specialize in providing high-quality rubber molded, extruded, and lined products to major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in various sectors, including construction, marine, and oilfields. Our founder, Mr. Yakub, envisioned Ismat as an engineering company that pushes the boundaries of innovation, delivering state-of-the-art products that meet the ever-evolving demands of our clients.

Over the years, Ismat Rubber has expanded and diversified its product offerings to address the specific needs of different industries. In 1996, we broadened our capabilities with the establishment of a dedicated rubber extrusion unit, enhancing our ability to meet the specialized requirements of the construction, oilfield, marine, and automotive industries. This move was followed by significant growth in 2000, leading to a new, expansive manufacturing facility in Sharjah’s prime Industrial Area 15. Our commitment to quality was recognized with the prestigious ISO 9001 certification in the same year.

In 2002, Ismat ventured into new territory with the production of rubber rollers for conveyor systems and the rubber lining of industrial components like butterfly valves, tanks, and pipes. This diversification marked a significant milestone in our journey, solidifying our position as a comprehensive provider of rubber engineering solutions.

Recognizing the potential of polyurethane, we set up a dedicated division in 2007 to manufacture this versatile compound, which is now a cornerstone of our product line. Ismat’s forward-thinking approach also led us to pioneer green production methods in 2010 with our Terrain flooring products made from recycled automotive tires.

Our most recent advancements include the development of anti-vibration mounts under the BULWARK division in 2016, addressing the critical issue of noise pollution in industrial settings. In 2019, we further upgraded our manufacturing capabilities with new hydraulic molding presses, fully automated VMC machines, and a state-of-the-art laboratory, ensuring that we continue to meet the highest international standards.
