Since commencing operations in 2000, ADMD has positioned itself as a key player in the global healthcare market, specializing in the production of high-quality medical consumables.
Our product portfolio includes Auto Disable syringes, Single Use syringes, Insulin syringes, Tubes & Catheters, Administration Devices, respiratory items, and a wide range of PPE products. We are especially proud of our role in enhancing injection safety, becoming the first and only manufacturer of Auto-Disable (AD) syringes in the Middle East and Africa in 2003. This innovation has allowed us to produce over 400 million units annually, serving clients in over 60 countries.
In 2013, Abu Dhabi Medical Devices Company patented its Auto Disable Needles, a groundbreaking advancement designed to prevent the reuse of needles, thus reducing the risk of transmitting blood-borne diseases. This innovation aligns with the World Health Organization’s vision of promoting the use of smart syringes in the therapeutic sector.
