Milk Bakery to stay true to its roots. Having started as a family owned, home based dessert shop, we aim to provide a comfortable and trendy atmosphere through both taste and feel. Milk is a main ingredient in a lot of bakes and coffee drinks, and Milk’s dessert & coffee bars create ‘the best of both worlds’
The shop interior serves as an urban & comfortable space aiming and focusing on bringing people together for their daily “Fika”, where they enjoy some lovingly prepared sweets as well as a freshly brewed cup of speciality coffee.
The dessert & bread use the best quality ingredients we could get our hands on. Whether it is fresh Milk Bakery milled French flours, French and Belgian highest quality chocolates, Persian saffron or pure Sicilian pistachio paste. We have put each ingredient to its best use to bring out the finest flavors. All our bakes and fillings are freshly made & baked by hand daily using raw ingredients only.
