A passionate pastry chef who was born and raised in Illinois, Susan grew up watching her mother bake, inspiring her to start. That being the beginning of her journey, kept her baking for her family & friends.
With Susans Baking Co cakes being baked traditionally, Susan baked something special for every season – the blueberry pie baked with fresh, handpicked blueberries from the farms in Chicago, her favorite carrot cake that she believed was the perfect dessert for every occasion and the pecan pie made from Georgia’s finest pecans, infused with her secret family-inherited recipe.
